随着“以学生为中心”理念的出现,在教学过程中,教师与授课老师开始重视学生在个体与个性上存在的差异性。为了进一步提升实际教学水平,以个体差异为基础,很多高职院校对自身课程教学模式及课程内容进行改革、完善,分层教学法因此诞生。由于分层教学法所具备“以人为本”的原则,在教学过程中能够最大程度上让学生的主动性与积极性被激发出来,进而实现教学质量的大幅度提升。为此本章以高职院校微积分教学为基础进行研究,首先通过分层教学法的意义及教学现状的分析,提出该教学模式在实际课程教育中的应用。望本次研究能够为今后分层教学法的推广提供帮助。
With the advent of “student-centered” philosophy, teachers and teachers have begun to value students’ individual and individual differences in teaching. In order to further enhance the actual teaching level, based on individual differences, many higher vocational colleges reform and perfect their own teaching modes and curricula contents. Therefore, the hierarchical teaching method is born. Due to the principle of “layered teaching method”, “people-oriented” principle, in the teaching process can maximize the initiative and enthusiasm of the students are stimulated, and thus achieve a substantial improvement in the quality of teaching. Therefore, this chapter studies on the basis of calculus teaching in higher vocational colleges. First, through the analysis of the meaning and teaching status of the layered teaching method, this paper puts forward the application of the teaching mode in the actual curriculum education. Hope this study can help to promote the future layered teaching method.
