目的通过对不同采收期和部位的黔产民族药透骨香槲皮素的含量进行测定,为拟定黔产透骨香药材质量标准提供依据。方法采用HPLC法对不同采收期和部位的黔产透骨香中槲皮素含量进行测定。结果不同采收期药材中的含量成分变化不大,但不同部位中存在有明显的差别。结论综合考虑活性成分含量及对药材的资源保护利用来说,建议使用该药材的地上部分。
Objective To determine the content of quercetin in the traditional Chinese medicine of Guizhou origin in different harvesting periods and parts, and to provide the basis for formulating the quality standard of the traditional Chinese medicine. Methods HPLC method was used to determine the content of quercetin in Fructus Dioscoreae from different harvest time and location. Results There was no obvious change in content of medicinal materials in different harvesting periods, but there were obvious differences in different parts. Conclusion Taking into account the active ingredient content and the resource conservation and utilization of medicinal materials, it is recommended to use the aerial part of the medicinal material.
