应用文献计量学方法,从论文的年代分布、作者、发表期刊和内容主题等角度,对2004-2013年我国校院两级管理研究的论文进行统计和分析发现:从2004年到2013年,论文数量逐年增长的趋势,说明针对该领域,研究者在逐渐关注,呈现出总体增长、局部微弱波动的发展态势;国内校院两级管理研究的核心作者生产效率不高,大部分研究者多为暂时性的研究者,缺乏对校院两级管理进行长久和持续的追踪研究;由省部级及以上基金支持项目项目所发表的论文比例非常低,所取得研究成果的质量与目前国家大力倡导的深化教育领域综合改革,建立现代大学制度的要求是不相称的。未来的研究应结合当前的实际情况,结合各类学校的自身特色,拓宽视野,进行校院二级管理的研究。
