一个地区的经济能否快速发展,取决于两个重要因素是否齐全和它们的有机结合。这两个因素一个是发展经济的优势,另一个是发展经济的机遇。二者之间存在着不以人的意志为转移的相互作用、相互制约的辩证关系。一般而言,一个地区快速发展经济的优势总是或多或少地存在的,而求得快速发展的机遇并不是永恒的,它是时有时无的,有时甚至是稍纵即逝的。如此说来,只有在抓住机遇的同时,充分发挥出优势来,一方经济才能得到长足的发展。 那么,快速发展经济究竟需要哪些优势和机遇呢? 我们从湖北黄梅县多年的实践经验得到启迪,发展优势最起码是要具备下列若干项中的几项,一是要有好的区位;二是要有好的交通;
