多西他赛系紫杉类新型抗癌药物,临床广泛应用于乳癌、肺癌、鼻咽癌等多种恶性肿瘤的治疗,由于该药细胞毒性强,输液过程如果观察不仔细,一旦发生输液外渗,极易引起皮肤溃烂或坏死,给患者带来明显痛苦,并影响治疗及康复。本科2015年1~12月共使用多西他赛治疗鼻咽癌患者10例,发生药液外渗致右前臂大面积水疱1例,经治疗后,取得满意疗效,现将临床治疗观察及护理方法报道如下。
