本文拟从对四书系统以及朱熹所解的“中庸”入手,检视这一阐释理路是在何种历史条件下如何实现的,并进一步探讨其思想史意义在于,对士人主体身份与政制之正当性进行规范性的重建。本文认为,朱子重建规范性,虽具有强烈的历史语境因素,但其合理性的根源却源自《中庸》本身的规范性意涵空间。因此,本文以《中庸》开篇为分析重点,力图澄清该文本所勾勒出的规范性框架内容,从而指出以规范性问题为指引,反思中国学问与政制的思路。
This article intends to start with the Four Books System and Zhu Xi’s Mediocre Theory, and examines how this interpretation of rationale was realized under what historical conditions and further explores the significance of its history of thought in that it is essential for the scholarship of the scholars’ The legitimacy of the system of normative reconstruction. This paper argues that Zhu’s reconstruction of normatives, despite its strong historical and contextual factors, is rooted in the normative space of “the mean” itself. Therefore, based on the opening of the Doctrine of the Mean, this essay attempts to clarify the content of the normative framework outlined by the text, and points out the idea of using the normative issues as a guideline to reflect on China’s academic and political systems.
