1998年夏天,邻村电工小王急匆匆地找到我说:“我村两台电动机都不能正常运转,可能是缺相,我查了半天也没找出原因,请你给帮忙查一查。” 我带着万用表和小王一起去检查。用万用表测得机房下线总开关上端电压是400 V,分支开关电压也是400 V,保险丝和各处接头良好,也没有发热现象。我们又来到配电室,用万用表测量配电盘总开关和变压器低压接线柱电压都是400 V,各处接点良好。经过分析原因,可能是主线上某个接头接触不良。把电停下后,检查主线接头也没有找出
