本文就自行研制的分段式板形检测仪的工作原理、特点及二次仪表的实现做了详细介绍。该检测仪采用压磁、后阻传感器并用的方法,以适应我国普通轧机所轧带材厚度范围大的特点。二次仪表采用独特的相敏检波及正负峰值锁存的通道处理过程,使计算机采样大为简化。该检测仪板形显示明了、直观。
This article made a detailed introduction to the working principle, characteristics and the realization of secondary instrument developed by ourselves.
