循环风量是全氢罩式退火炉的关键设计参数之一。通过建立全氢罩式退火炉炉内传热过程的数学模型 ,并经过实测验证后 ,分析了循环风量与退火时间的关系。结果表明 ,循环风量的增加与退火时间的缩短之间不存在简单的比例关系 ,设计中应该采用适当的循环风量
The circulating air volume is one of the key design parameters for a full hydrogen-hood annealing furnace. Through establishing the mathematic model of the heat transfer process in a full hydrogen annealing furnace, and after the actual verification, the relationship between the circulating air flow and the annealing time was analyzed. The results show that there is no simple proportional relationship between the increase of circulating air volume and the shortening of annealing time, and the appropriate circulating air volume
