力量素质是人体运动的基本素质,也是衡量运动员身体训练水平的重要指标。依据的指标不同可以把力量分为以下三种:最大力量、快速力量和快速力量耐力。其中快速力量又可分为爆发力和来连续快速力量,短跑专项力量应与短跑技术相结合,才能取得好效果,力量是速度的基础,短跑专项力量是短跑运动员取得优异成绩的基石,短跑专项力量应与短跑基础力量训练原则为指导,以短跑技术特点为核心,结合运动员个体差异特点,合理选取联系方法和手段,确定专项力量的合理比例关系以期达到最佳的练习效果。
Strength quality is the basic quality of human movement, but also an important measure of the athlete’s body training level. According to different indicators can be divided into the following three kinds of power: maximum strength, rapid strength and rapid strength endurance. Among them, rapid force can be divided into explosive force and continuous rapid force, and special force of sprint should be combined with sprint technology to obtain good effect. Strength is the basis of speed. Special force of sprinting is the cornerstone of sprinter’s excellent performance. It should be guided by the principle of sprint basic strength training and take sprint technical characteristics as the core. According to the characteristics of individual differences among athletes, the reasonable selection of contact methods and means should be used to determine the reasonable proportion of special forces so as to achieve the best practice effect.
