亚洲铝厂有限公司的前身南海市亚洲铝厂于1992年1月投产,同年7月取得中国有色金属工业总公司颁发的生产许可证,并被国家建设部认定为建筑铝型材定点企业。1994年5月通过国家技术监督局中国方圆标志认证委员会关于ISO质量管理和质量保证体系检查和产品质量认证,取得方圆质量标志使用资格,成为市场免检产品。 亚洲铝厂有限公司是由香港、日本、新加坡等国家和地区的几大公司和金融机构共同拥有的企业。 该公司拥有18MW的发电车间;年产600套的模具设计制造车间;6台17吨、1台30吨的熔铝炉年生产能力55000吨;15台(6.6～25MN)挤压机的年生产能力45000吨;3条阳极氧化生产线;年产能力2000吨的氟碳喷涂生产线及成套的污水处理设备。 该公司已形成铝型材生产的完整、独立的生产管理体系和质量检测系统,力求更高的档次、更优质的产品及更多的色彩服务于广大用户。 该公司的网落遍布全国各地,在各地的大型高档建筑物及许多民用建筑、住宅均使用该公司的产品,特别是质量要求高的大型玻璃幕墙型材为首选材料。作为名牌产品的“南亚”牌铝型材亦销往东南亚国家和地区。
