采用共存理论计算了提钒炉渣V_2O_3-SiO_2-TiO_2-Cr_2O_3-MgO-MnO-FeO中V_2O_3的活度系数,研究了炉渣组元、温度对V_2O_3活度系数的影响,得到V2O3的活度系数为0.5×10~(-6)~9.0×10~(-6)。通过对V-C平衡进行研究,得出了V-C氧化的转化温度为1380℃,即吹炼过程铁水控制温度。采用具备顶底复吹功能的500kg中频感应炉模拟了复吹转炉铁水提钒工艺,试验结果表明:吹炼终点钒质量分数平均为0.06%,钒氧化率为95%。底吹搅拌可以显著加速铁水中钒的氧化,缩短3min的冶炼周期。
The activity coefficient of V 2 O 3 in vanadium-bearing slag V_2O_3-SiO_2-TiO_2-Cr_2O_3-MgO-MnO-FeO was calculated by the coexistence theory. The effect of temperature and component of the slag on the activity coefficient of V_2O_3 was studied. 0.5 × 10 ~ (-6) ~ 9.0 × 10 ~ (-6). Through the study of the V-C balance, the conversion temperature of V-C oxidation was found to be 1380 ℃, that is, the temperature of molten iron control in the blowing process. The 500kg medium frequency induction furnace with top and bottom blowing function was used to simulate the vanadium extraction process of hot metal in double blown converter. The experimental results show that the vanadium mass fraction is 0.06% at the end of blowing and the vanadium oxidation rate is 95%. Mixing at the end of blowing can significantly accelerate the vanadium oxidation in hot metal, shortening the smelting cycle 3min.
