利用等离子旋转电极雾化技术制备出球形Ti-60Ta合金粉末,利用SEM、XRD和维氏显微硬度测试仪等分析手段对不同粒径的Ti-60Ta合金粉末表面形貌及内部的显微组织、相组成、树枝晶间距和维氏显微硬度进行了表征。结果表明,制备的Ti-60Ta合金粉末以β相为主,细粒径粉末还有少量马氏体α“相和ω相;大颗粒粉末的表面呈近似等轴花瓣状的树枝晶组织,小颗粒粉末表面枝晶组织则明显细化,并观察到细针状马氏体;随着粉末粒度减小,马氏体相增多,维氏显微硬度逐渐增大。
Spherical Ti-60Ta alloy powders were prepared by plasma spin electrode atomization. The surface morphology and internal microstructure of Ti-60Ta alloy powders with different particle sizes were analyzed by means of SEM, XRD and Vickers hardness tester. , Phase composition, dendrite spacing and Vickers microhardness were characterized. The results show that the main phase of Ti-60Ta alloy powder is β-phase, and the fine-grained powder has a small amount of martensite α ”phase and ω phase. The surface of the large particle powder has an approximately equiaxed petal-shaped dendritic structure, Dendritic microstructure on the surface of small particles was obviously refined, and fine needle-like martensite was observed. With the reduction of powder particle size, martensite phase increased and Vickers microhardness gradually increased.
