在日常生活中,有吃喝拉撒睡几件事,这些都和身体健康有着密切的关系,而人们比较普遍地是关注吃喝多些,对于后者有一些忽略。当然,从食物中获取营养成分是很重要的。但,肉食过多,蔬菜不足,食物过于精细,加上活动量减少,生活没有规律等等,这种不良的生活方式容易引起便秘而烦躁不安、乏力、腹胀、口臭、皮肤瘙痒等,甚至罹患心脑血管病、糖尿病以及其它一些慢性病或重症。
