在铰削精度较高的孔时,存在着工序长,易超差和铰刀寿命短等问题。通过实践,我们设计了一种新型阶梯螺旋铰刀,使用效果较好。一、阶梯螺旋铰刀的结构特点阶梯螺旋铰刀是由工作部分、颈部和尾柄构成。其工作部分由切削和校准二部分组成:切削部分由φ的导引锥和各阶梯螺旋圆柱部分组成;校准部分由螺旋圆柱部分和倒锥部分组成如图1所示。这种新型铰刀的结构有如下特点:
