车辆主动悬架是一种典型的主动隔振装置。本文作者曾提出过一个高速开关关阀控主动悬架系统,并通过实验证实其可以取得与现行压力比例阀控系统同等的控制效果。本研究为所建立的系统设计了一个带有状态观测器的最优调节器控制器。对应一个1/4车体模型进行了仿真分析与实验研究,结果表明,应用所设计的最优调节器控制器可使系统性能得到改善。
Vehicle active suspension is a typical active vibration isolation device. The author of this paper has proposed a high-speed on-off valve-controlled active suspension system and verified through experiments that it can achieve the same control effect as the existing pressure proportional valve control system. In this study, an optimal regulator controller with state observer is designed for the established system. The simulation analysis and experimental study on a 1/4 car body model show that the system performance can be improved by using the optimal controller.
