2009年,834万应届高中毕业生有84万弃考,高考首次出现“降温”。2010年,全国高考报名人数957万,比2009年减少65万,万人瞩目的国考再次“降温”。与之相对应的是,以美国高考为首,包括英、澳等国家的“洋高考”在中国大陆急剧“升温”。如SAT(美国高考的一种),2003年在我国招生不到200人,到2009年竟达1.5万多人。据北京师范大学附中的国际交流中心主任苏建华介绍,在该校2009年460名高三毕业生中,有55人放弃高考,其中大部分参加了SAT考试;而且早在高考之前,该校已有近30人被全美排名前50名的美国高校录取。高考?还是洋高考?对越来越多的考生和家长来说,在不久的将来这会成为他们面临的一个选择。洋高考为何如此吸引我国学子?它对我国的教育有何种意义?我们应当如何理性而从容地应对?这些问题更值得教育人深思。
