在本世纪的五十年代,各国对柱塞型阀瓣的型线虽然建立了绘制型线的微分方程,但只能用图解法进行近似求解。随着六十年代电子计算机的日益广泛应用,人们终于找到了能用电子计算机求精确解的阀瓣型线方程,从而使柱塞型调节阀的设计前进了一大步。本文推导了建立阀瓣型线方程的过程,求方程根的方法,并结合实例进行了计算。本文对实现柱塞型调节阀阀瓣设计的现代化具有一定的现实意义。
In the fifties of this century, though the differential equations of the plunge valve of the plunger type were established, all countries could only use the graphic method to approximate the solution. With the increasingly widespread use of electronic computers in the 1960s, people finally found the claw-type linear equations that can be accurately solved by electronic computers, thus making the design of the plunger-type regulating valve a big step forward. In this paper, the process of establishing the valve line equation and the method of finding the root of the equation are deduced, and the calculation is made with examples. In this paper, it is of practical significance to realize the modern design of the plunger-type control valve disc.
