从1953年第一个五年计划开始,我国已经编制了十二个五年计划。这十二个五年计划是国人梦想和希望的一次次凝结,也是经验和成就的一次次积累。从1953年第一个五年计划开始,我国已经编制了十二个五年计划。目前“十三五”规划编制工作正在紧锣密鼓进行中。从“十一五”起,国家将“五年计划”改为“五年规划”。“五年规划”是中国国民经济计划的一部分,主要是对全国重大建设项目、生产力分布和国民经济重要比例关系等作出规划,为国民经济发展远景规定目标和方向。
