随着高层建筑中大空间(如中庭,走廊,阳台等)的迅速增多,建筑火灾安全设计工程在特别合法批准系统的基础上发展并形成。随着日本经济的增长,高层建筑大量涌现。按照《日本建筑标准法》关于一个应用建筑的使用性质和物理外形,最近批准的系统分为三种类型。通过这里将要讨论的新的火灾安全设计工程工具的应用,可对火灾现象进行模拟。火灾安全设计的主要过程将包括:初起火灾、火灾羽流、火灾烟气运动、疏散流动和耐火性等的预测。本文还论述了性能性法则框架之概念,因为《日本建筑标准法》不久将由性能性法则作为基本法则以取代说明性规则。
With the rapid increase of large spaces in high-rise buildings (such as atriums, corridors, balconies, etc.), the building fire safety design project is developed and formed on the basis of a special legal approval system. With the growth of the Japanese economy, high-rise buildings have emerged in large numbers. In accordance with the “Japanese Building Standards Act” on the nature of use and the physical appearance of an application building, recently approved systems are divided into three types. Through the application of the new fire safety design engineering tools to be discussed here, the fire phenomenon can be simulated. The main process of fire safety design will include the prediction of initial fire, fire plume, fire smoke movement, evacuation flow and fire resistance. This article also discusses the concept of the performance law framework, because the Japanese Building Standards Act will soon replace the explanatory rules with the performance law as a basic rule.
