目的总结复杂纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗方法,为临床复杂纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗提供参考依据。方法将无锡市第三人民医院2008年1月—2012年12月收治的16例复杂纵隔肿瘤患者经外科手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组16例患者,恢复良好14例,死亡2例,死亡率12.5%。结论复杂纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗比普通纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗难度大、风险性高,应根据临床诊断结果进行综合分析,准确选择手术切口和术式,完整的切除瘤体,是提高临床治愈率患者生存质量的关键。
Objective To summarize the surgical treatment of complex mediastinal tumors and provide a reference for the surgical treatment of complex mediastinal tumors. Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with complicated mediastinal tumor treated by the Third People ’s Hospital of Wuxi from January 2008 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The group of 16 patients, good recovery in 14 cases, 2 patients died, the mortality rate was 12.5%. Conclusion The surgical treatment of complex mediastinal tumors is more difficult and more risky than the surgical treatment of common mediastinal tumors. Based on the results of clinical diagnosis, the surgical treatment should be comprehensively analyzed. Surgical incision and surgical resection are needed to complete the removal of the tumor. The key to the quality of life.
