目的观察我市某箱包加工企业苯接触对工人健康状况的影响,为加强职业卫生监督管理提供依据。方法随机选取我市某箱包加工企业苯接触工人160例(观察组)和不接触任何毒物的工作人员150例(对照组),对两组工人进行健康检查,测定两组工人血红蛋白(Hb)含量及白细胞(WBC)、血小板(PLT)和红细胞(RBC)计数的变化。结果该箱包厂工作场所各个采样点空气中苯的平均浓度高达14.7mg/m3,已经超出国家标准(10.0mg/m3);苯接触工人患有神经系统症状的人数明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;另外苯接触工人Hb含量及WBC、PLT和RBC计数下降的人数也明显多于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论我市某箱包加工企业工作场所空气中苯含量严重超标,已经对作业工人的健康产生了危害,应当加强该企业的职业卫生监督管理。
Objective To observe the influence of benzene exposure on workers’ health in a luggage processing enterprise in our city and provide the basis for strengthening occupational health supervision and management. Methods One hundred and sixty workers (observation group) and one hundred and fifty workers (control group) who did not contact with any benzene poisoning workers were selected randomly from a luggage processing enterprise in our city. The two groups of workers were inspected for health and the levels of hemoglobin (Hb) And white blood cell (WBC), platelet (PLT) and red blood cell (RBC) count changes. Results The average concentration of benzene in air was up to 14.7 mg / m3 at each sampling point in the work place of the luggage factory, exceeding the national standard (10.0 mg / m3). The number of benzene-exposed workers with neurological symptoms was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. In addition, the number of Hb in workers exposed to benzene and the number of WBC, PLT and RBC count decreased significantly more than the control group (P <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions The benzene content in the air of a certain luggage processing enterprise in our city seriously exceeds the standard, which has caused harm to the health of workers and should strengthen the supervision and management of occupational health of the enterprise.
