目的:建立水中卤代烃的测定方法。方法:优化色谱条件和顶空条件,采用自动顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定水中卤代烃。结果:7种组分在10 min内完成测定并具有较好的分离效果;线性良好,相关系数大于0.998。用建立的方法对人工合成水样,标准进行测定,变异系数0.38%~5.8%。最低检测质量浓度为0.05μg/L(四氯化碳、三氯乙烯),0.1μg/L(四氯乙烯)0,.5μg/L(三氯甲烷、二氯一溴甲烷、一氯二溴甲烷)1,μg/L(三溴甲烷)。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速,具有较好的精密度与准确度,可用于水中卤代烃的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of halogenated hydrocarbons in water. Methods: Chromatographic conditions and headspace conditions were optimized, and the determination of halohydrocarbons in water was carried out by automatic headspace capillary gas chromatography. Results: The seven components were assayed in 10 minutes and had good separation effect. The linearity was good and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.998. With the established method of artificial synthetic water samples, the standard determination, the coefficient of variation of 0.38% to 5.8%. The minimum detectable concentration was 0.05 μg / L (carbon tetrachloride, trichlorethylene), 0.1 μg / L (tetrachlorethylene) 0, .5 μg / L (chloroform, dichlorobromomethane, chlorodibromomethane) 1, μg / L (tribromomethane). Conclusion: The established method is simple, rapid, has good precision and accuracy, and can be used for the determination of halogenated hydrocarbons in water.
