本文报道酵母多糖混合玫瑰花形成试验,观察蜂花粉提取液对正常小鼠、不同瘤龄小鼠以及免疫功能低下小鼠胸腺中T淋巴细胞及其亚群数量变动的影响。结果表明,正常小鼠实验组胸腺中T_(?)T_(?)及T_μ细胞数量均高于对照组,小鼠带瘤后数量降低,经蜂花粉提取液处理后则数量增高。同时,能提高免疫功能低下小鼠胸腺中T淋巴细胞的数量,说明蜂花粉提取液具有促进小鼠免疫细胞活性的作用。
In this paper, we report a yeast-polysaccharide mixed rose formation test to observe the effect of bee pollen extract on the changes of T-lymphocytes and their subpopulations in the thymus of normal mice, mice of different tumor ages, and immunocompromised mice. The results showed that the number of T_(T)T_(?) and T__(μ_) cells in the normal mouse experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the number of mice with tumors was decreased, and the number of T_(?)T_(?) and T__μ cells was increased after treatment with the bee pollen extract. At the same time, it can increase the number of T lymphocytes in the thymus of mice with immunocompromised function, indicating that the bee pollen extract has the effect of promoting the activity of immune cells in mice.
