在稠油井蒸汽吞吐生产中后期,利用空心抽油杆掺入中低压蒸汽方法进行井筒加热,能大幅度提高近井口处的产液温度,改善油井工作条件,从而延长生产周期,建立了描述该工艺井筒温度分布的数学模型,并提出了相应的求解方法。用数值模拟方法分析了蒸汽参数对井筒温场及抽汲工况的影响。结果表明,随伴汽量的增加,井筒的有效加热深度也增加,有效加热范围内的产液温度和井口油温也会明显提高。该工艺特别适用于中浅层稠油生产井。
In the late stage of heavy oil well steam huff and puff production, the use of hollow sucker rod to mix medium and low pressure steam for wellbore heating can greatly increase the liquid temperature near the well head, improve the working conditions of oil well and prolong the production cycle, The wellbore temperature distribution of the mathematical model, and put forward the corresponding solution. The effects of steam parameters on well temperature field and pumping conditions were analyzed by numerical simulation method. The results show that the effective heating depth of the wellbore also increases with the increase of the amount of steam, and the temperature of liquid production and the temperature of wellhead oil in the effective heating range also increase obviously. The process is particularly suitable for medium and heavy heavy oil production wells.
