本文比较详细地分析了曲轴动平衡的特点,根据其主要矛盾方面,论述了四缸曲轴和六缸曲轴的动平衡原理。在此基础上,提出了平衡四缸曲轴的三面90°分力法和平衡六缸曲轴的六面120°分力法及其电气线路原理。并以QDX—1型六缸曲轴动平衡自动线为例,介绍了曲轴动平衡的自动校正方法。
In this paper, the characteristics of dynamic balance of crankshaft are analyzed in detail. According to the main contradiction, the dynamic balance principle of four-cylinder crankshaft and six-cylinder crankshaft is discussed. On this basis, a three-sided 90 ° force balance method of balanced four-cylinder crankshaft and a six-sided 120 ° component force balancing six-cylinder crankshaft are proposed, and the electrical circuit principle is proposed. Taking QDX-1 six-cylinder crankshaft dynamic balancing automatic line as an example, an automatic correction method of crankshaft dynamic balancing is introduced.
