本文采用面板数据估计方法,研究1999-2013年间各省农村信用社以及农业发展银行的规模和效率对城乡收入差距的影响。实证结果表明,当以金融机构贷款规模和存贷比为指标来衡量金融机构发展规模和效率时,农村信用社的发展扩大了城乡收入差距,而农业发展银行的发展则有相反的影响,且农村金融机构发展对城乡收入差距的影响有明显的区域差异。故缩小城乡收入差距,应因地制宜从农村金融机构改革和金融支农的角度统筹城乡均衡发展,推行各区域间公平发展。
In this paper, we use the panel data estimation method to study the impact of the size and efficiency of rural credit cooperatives and agricultural development banks of various provinces in 1999-2013 on the income gap between urban and rural areas. The empirical results show that the development of rural credit cooperatives widens the income gap between urban and rural areas when the scale and efficiency of financial institutions are measured by the loan scale and loan-deposit ratio of financial institutions, while the development of agricultural development banks has the opposite effect The impact of the development of rural financial institutions on the income gap between urban and rural areas shows obvious regional differences. Therefore, narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas should balance the development of urban and rural areas from the perspectives of rural financial institutions and financial support for agriculture according to local conditions, and promote the fair development of all regions.
