“逸品”作为中国画学中的一个经典理论,产生于唐,成熟于宋。该理论在宋代重要的画学著述《圣朝名画评》中则缺位。这引起了四库馆臣的注意,但他们指出的理由却很简单,甚至有些牵强。本文对此进行考辨后发现,由于刘道醇深受宋学荡涤,致使《圣朝名画评》具有浓重的宋学色彩。作为汉唐之学背景下所诞生的“逸品”观,其具有的“天人论”与“出世论”等内涵,正好是宋学所批判的,这正是该书中“逸品”缺位的原因所在。
