马铃薯是少数影能完重复组织全培养整套技术的基本粮食作物之一。本文叙述用于提高马铃薯品质和产量的一套技术。汰除病原体由于在培养基上真菌和细菌的生长远远快于植物试材,导致过盛生长而杀死植株,因此用于离体培养的试材必须进行表面消毒。在某些特殊情况下,可用抗菌素来抑制细菌和真菌生长(Jones等,1982)。
Potato is one of the few basic food crops that can complete the whole set of techniques of tissue culture. This article describes a set of techniques for improving potato quality and yield. Elimination of pathogens As the growth of fungi and bacteria in the medium is much faster than that of the plant test material, leading to overgrowth and killing of plants, the test material for in vitro culture must be surface sterilized. In some special cases, antibiotics can be used to inhibit bacterial and fungal growth (Jones et al., 1982).
