本文对低中放废物水泥固化包装体破坏性检验的取样方法进行了初步研究。试验表明,采用国产GW-Ⅱ金刚石工程钻机和国产SPOJ型切片机对水泥固化包装体进行钻取和切割芯样是可行的。通过废物包破坏性取样检测,可以发现固化体内部可能存在的某些问题,如废物与水泥是否相容,废物分布均匀性以及气孔大小等等。对于取样中的辐射防护,二次废物收集、处理,废物包装体再封闭等问题还有待于进一步研究
In this paper, a preliminary study on the sampling method of the destructive test of cement solidified packages of low and medium radioactive waste was carried out. Tests show that the use of domestic GW-Ⅱ diamond engineering drilling machine and homemade SPOJ-type slicing machine for cementitious solidified package drilling and cutting core sample is feasible. Through the destructive sampling of the waste package, some problems that may exist inside the solidified body can be found, such as whether the waste is compatible with the cement, the uniformity of the waste distribution, the size of the pores, and the like. For the sampling of radiation protection, secondary waste collection, processing, re-closure of waste packaging and other issues remain to be further studied
