细胞色素P450(CYP)存在于心脏和冠脉循环中。激活CYP2J2/3可增加环氧二十碳三烯酸(EET)的生成量,对心肌缺血再灌注具有保护作用;而抑制CYP2C9的活性也可保护灌注大鼠心脏。CYP可通过EET血管舒张系统和NO共同调节冠脉血管舒张,因此以CYP/EET为靶标的药物可能对阐明该系统的功能具有重要作用,同时可能具有治疗价值。
Cytochrome P450 (CYP) is present in the heart and coronary circulation. Activation of CYP2J2 / 3 can increase the formation of epoxy eicosatetraenoic acid (EET), has a protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion; and inhibit the activity of CYP2C9 can also protect perfusion rat heart. CYP can regulate coronary vasodilation through the EET vasodilation system and NO. Therefore, CYP / EET-targeted drugs may play an important role in clarifying the function of this system and may be of therapeutic value.
