市场经济条件下,企业面临着较多的风险,如何对其进行有效的化解,是现代企业的重要管理内容。本文针对树立企业风险意识、注重企业风险识别、加强企业风险防范三个环节论述了企业风险管理。俗话说:“天有不测风云,人有旦夕祸福”,企业经营更是如此。在复杂多变的市场条件下,企业的内部条件和外部环境是一个动态的变化过程。每一个不确定因素的变化都可能给企业带来灭顶之灾,这就是企业风险。如何发现和识别企业所面临的风险,及早采取防范措施,以尽可能减少企业的损失,已经成为现代企业的一项重要管理内容。
Under the condition of market economy, enterprises are faced with more risks, and how to effectively resolve them is an important management content of modern enterprises. This article discusses enterprise risk management in three aspects: establishing awareness of corporate risk, focusing on corporate risk identification and strengthening corporate risk prevention. As the saying goes: “There are unexpected events, people have good and bad fortune,” business is even more so. In the complex and volatile market conditions, the internal conditions of the enterprise and the external environment is a dynamic process of change. Every change of uncertainty can bring disaster to the enterprise. This is the corporate risk. How to find out and identify the risks faced by enterprises and take precautionary measures as early as possible to minimize the losses of enterprises has become an important management content of modern enterprises.
