基于对大多数乳腺癌复发部位多位于原发灶附近的临床观察,一种相对于全乳腺放射治疗(WBI)的照射区域更小、治疗总时间更短而疗效相当的新放射治疗技术——加速部分乳腺放射治疗(APBI)在临床中得以运用。APBI技术放射治疗总剂量为38.5 Gy,3.85 Gy/次,2次/d,且每2次间隔时间不<6 h。WBI有长时间的临床实践依据肯定治疗效果,而APBI长期临床数据尚不完善,所以目前在选择APBI技术时需谨慎。合理的患者纳入标准、准确的照射靶区确定、长期的疗效评价成为APBI目前的研究热点。现对APBI最近的应用现状进行综述。
Based on the clinical observation that most breast cancer recurrence sites are located near the primary tumor, a new radiotherapy technique with smaller irradiation area, shorter overall treatment time and comparable efficacy to whole-breast radiotherapy (WBI) Accelerated partial mammary radiotherapy (APBI) is used clinically. The total dose of APBI technique for radiotherapy was 38.5 Gy, 3.85 Gy / time, 2 times / d, and not less than 6 h every 2 intervals. WBI has a long history of clinical practice based on affirmative therapies, and APBI’s long-term clinical data is not yet complete, so caution should be exercised when choosing APBI technology. Reasonable patients into the standard, accurate target irradiation to determine the long-term efficacy evaluation has become APBI current research focus. Now APBI recent application status are reviewed.
