目的以银杏叶中萜类内酯化合物的含量为指标,评估其在不同环境下的稳定性。方法将银杏叶在酸、碱、氧化、加热及光照的加速降解条件下放置后,采用HPLC法测定银杏叶中银杏内酯A、B、C和白果内酯共4种萜类内酯的含量。色谱条件:费罗门C18分析柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);甲醇-水(30∶70)为流动相;漂移管温度:40℃;氮气压强3.4 bar。结果银杏内酯A、B、C和白果内酯分别在0.995~24.875μg、0.568~14.200μg、0.489~12.225μg、0.495~12.375μg范围内线性关系良好,在酸碱条件,特别是酸性条件下出现降解现象。结论银杏叶中的萜类内酯在酸及氧化条件下稳定性稍差,储藏时需注意。
Objective To evaluate the stability of terpenoid lactone compounds in Ginkgo biloba leaves under different environmental conditions. Methods The Ginkgo biloba leaves were placed under accelerated degradation conditions of acid, alkali, oxidation, heat and light, and the contents of 4 terpenoid lactones of Ginkgolide A, B, C and Bilobalide in Ginkgo biloba leaves were determined by HPLC . Chromatographic conditions: a Freon C18 analytical column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm); methanol-water (30:70) as the mobile phase; a drift tube temperature of 40 ° C; and a nitrogen pressure of 3.4 bar. Results The linear relationships of Ginkgolide A, B, C and bilobalide in the range of 0.995 ~ 24.875μg, 0.568 ~ 14.200μg, 0.489 ~ 12.225μg and 0.495 ~ 12.375μg were good. Under the condition of acid and alkali, Degradation occurred. Conclusion The stability of terpene lactones in Ginkgo biloba leaves under acid and oxidative conditions is somewhat poor, and attention should be paid when storing.
