我院护理部在创三级甲等医院过程中,抓管理上水平,抓基础上质量,抓服务上效益,使护理工作上了一个新台阶。 一、转变观念,重点突破 创“三甲”是医院深化改革的继续,是医院实行现代化管理的重要标志。是医院建设、发展的长期战略目标。只有提高认识,转变观念,才能实现所要求的目标。我们在宣传教育、提高认识的基础上,深入调查,找出薄弱环节,将护士长及部分护理技术骨干组成几个小组,找出了基础护理和护理科研两方面存在的差距,以此为突破口,要求所有护理人员除过关答题外,还要积极参与学理论,学技术,练操作。共性的东西集体学、集体练;个性的东西则以专业科室为单位个别学、个别练。能者为师,互教互学,掀起了群众性的学习高潮,在 “三基三产”训练考核中,合格率达100%。
