本文将钢制采暖散热器欧洲标准和我国国家标准的技术要求进行了对比,重点就二者的试验压力、材质、散热量和金属热强度以及外形尺寸与极限偏差进行了分析和比较,得出如下结论:二者对工作压力的要求相同,但试验压力的要求不同;国家标准比欧洲标准多了散热量和金属热强度的要求;国家标准对钢制采暖散热器钢的化学成分要求稍低于欧洲标准,但是对钢的冶炼要求高于欧洲标准;对于钢制采暖散热器的外型尺寸偏差,欧洲标准较国家标准严格。
This paper compares the technical requirements of the European standards for steel heating radiators with the national standards of our country. The emphasis is on analyzing and comparing the test pressure, material, heat dissipation and metal hot strength as well as the dimension and limit deviation of the two. The following conclusions: The two work on the same pressure requirements, but the test pressure requirements are different; national standards more than the European standard heat and metal heat intensity requirements; national standards for steel heating radiator steel chemical composition requirements slightly lower In the European standard, but the smelting requirements of steel higher than the European standards; for the size of steel heating radiator deviation, the European standards more stringent than the national standards.
