填充型导电硅橡胶是一种同时拥有良好导电性能和物理性能的复合材料,在航空、电子等领域展示了广泛的应用前景。介绍了炭系、金属系、微/纳米体系、并用体系导电填料的添加对导电硅橡胶复合材料导电性能及物理机械性能的影响。指出了导电填料的种类、含量以及改性工艺对导电硅橡胶导电-物理性能的影响程度。阐述了研究进展状况,并对导电复合材料的未来研究方向提出了展望。
Filled conductive silicone rubber is a composite material with good electrical conductivity and physical properties. It shows a wide range of applications in the field of aviation, electronics and other fields. The effects of carbon-based, metal-based, micro / nano-scale systems and the addition of conductive fillers on the electrical and mechanical properties of conductive silicone rubber composites were introduced. The types and contents of conductive fillers and the influence of the modification process on the conductive and physical properties of conductive silicone rubber are pointed out. The progress of the research is expounded, and the future research direction of conductive composites is proposed.
