目的建立白酒中18种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)的气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)测定方法。方法样品中加入PAEs同位素内标,调整样品的酒精度,以甲苯萃取,采用GC-MS/MS以多反应监测模式(MRM)测定。结果苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)在0.1~10μg/ml,其他16种PAEs在0.01~1.0μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,r2≥0.991;方法检出限为3.1~150.0μg/L,定量限为9.9~500.0μg/L;在3个加标水平下,样品平均回收率为98.5%~119.8%,RSD为0.6%~15.6%。结论本方法提高了白酒中PAEs检测的特异性,适合于白酒中多组分PAEs的同时检测。 Objective To establish a gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) method for the determination of 18 phthalates (PAEs) in white spirit. Methods The PAEs isotope internal standard was added to the samples to adjust the alcoholicity of the samples. The samples were extracted with toluene and determined by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) using GC-MS / MS. Results There were good linear relationships between DINP and DIDP in the range of 0.1 ~ 10μg / ml and other PAEs in the range of 0.01 ~ 1.0μg / ml.
