新光绸厂是杭州市下城区一家街道小厂,1986年前在全区10家区属绸厂中机台最少,负担最重,效益最差,年创利税徘徊在万元左右。造成这种困境主要是底子薄,基础差,设备陈旧,产品结构不合理,信息不灵,进销渠道不畅,资金严重紧缺,每月还要支付近百名退休保养金。工厂只能在喘息中勉强支撑。
Xinguang Silk Factory is a small street factory in Xiacheng District of Hangzhou City. Before 1986, it had the least number of machines and machines in 10 silk factories in the district.
