复杂煤层赋存条件下刨煤机的受力是随机变化的,这种变化直接影响刨煤机的刨削能力、生产率、工作可靠性和使用寿命。为研究刨煤机的载荷特性,基于破煤理论的刨刀受力模型,利用计算机程序模拟计算出刨刀、刨头和刨链受到的随机载荷,获得了不同刨深情况下刨刀、刨头和刨链受力的变化规律;分析了在考虑溜槽转角对刨链牵引力影响下,不同预紧力对刨链受力的影响。研究表明:刨刀与煤发生力学耦合作用而产生的交变冲击载荷中,刨刀受到的刨削阻力最大,小刨深情况下,刀体易出现磨损破坏,当刨深过大时,刨削过程中的能量积聚与释放会出现急剧的增加,使得刀体脊背处承受较高的动应力;预紧力的适当增加能减小刨链在工作过程中由于松紧交替而产生的振动;分析结果为研究动载荷作用下刨刀、刨链的可靠性和疲劳分析提供了理论依据。
