在近几年的锅炉安全阀校验过程中,我们陆续遇到这样一些旧安全阀:当进口压力大大超过原整定压力时,安全阀仍不启跳,同时也没发现漏气现象。通过对其解体检查,发现阀体内部严重腐蚀,阀芯和阀座被粘住,只有用力敲打才能使其脱开。很显然,这样的安全阀对锅炉的运行是起不到丝毫安全作用的。产生这个问题的原因是,锅炉上的安全阀处在或接近开启压力状态下,阀门出现“出泪”或前泄,阀座和阀芯之间积存水垢,时间稍长,就会因生锈而粘结在一起,造成在开启压力下却不能开启,产生超压的不良后果。
