扬州师院的毛鸿翔老师在数学教育界是颇有影响的。很多教师都读过由他编著或者他与人合著的《数学教学与学习心理学》、《数学学习的理论与实践》、《数学思维的启发与能力的培养》、《中学教学学习法》等书。最近两年,他在上海、桂林、郑州、南京、苏州、盐城等地给中学教师作讲座时,结合数学教育的时弊,阐述自己在数学教学心理学领域中研究的心得,深受听众的欢迎。他特别强调这样一些观点:知识基础、情感基础、意志基础都是学习的基础,学生之间的差距最初主要是出现在情感基础和意志基础上;在数学教学中,“法则、步骤加模仿”的教学方法必须改变,一堂成功的课应该让学生有困惑、有焦虑、有惊讶、有争议、有欢乐,而以愉快为基调;教师要更好地发挥主导作用,必须研究学生学习的心理规律。这些观点对于纠正当前教学中的倾向性问题是有指导作用的。为了推动数学教学的改革,我们特请毛鸿翔老师就数学教学的方法谈谈自己的看法。
