On January 16, 2002, China Institute of Illumination held a chairman’s office meeting. Attending the meeting were: Gan Ziguang, Wang Jin Sui, Xiao Huiqian, Zhan Qingxuan, Liu Shiping, Su Shukui and Qu Suhui, and Comrade Yu Ranfang attended the meeting.
