目的研究工作场所空气铬不加微孔滤膜测定工作曲线线性的优劣。方法用火焰原子吸收法测定,在做工作曲线时,先不加微孔滤膜(无纸组)测定,然后各管加入1张微孔滤膜,再分析工作曲钱(滤纸组),同时测定不同批次和同批次微孔滤膜含铬量。结果无纸组r=0.9994,线性较好;滤纸组r=0.9953,线性较差。不同批次、同批次微孔滤膜含铬量相差很大。结论空气中铬测定时,加入微孔滤膜后线性较差,不加线性较好。建议在做工作曲线时,不要加微孔滤膜;尽量用铬含量<1.0μg的微孔滤膜采样。
Objective To study the advantages and disadvantages of measuring the working curve linearity of chromium in the air without micropore membrane in the workplace. The method was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). When working curve was made, no microporous membrane (no paper group) was added and then 1 microporous membrane was added to each tube. Determination of different batches and the same batch of microporous membrane chromium content. Results no paper group r = 0.9994, linear better; filter paper group r = 0.9953, the linearity is poor. Different batches, the same batch of microporous membrane containing a large difference between chromium content. Conclusion Chromium determination in the air, after adding microporous membrane linearity is poor, without adding a good linear. Recommended when doing the working curve, do not add microporous membrane; try to use chromium content <1.0μg microporous membrane sampling.
