我校的行为规范之所以能始终坚持一步一个脚印,长抓不懈,取得不断进步,除了学校创设了一个良好的育人环境,健全了教育机制,采取了各种教育手段之外,尤为重要的是紧紧抓住教师行为的规范性,以教师的行为规范来影响学生的行为规范,以强化教师的行为规范来带动学生的行为规范。为此我校从1993年起实行星级教师评定制度,以弥补教师职务评审中的不足和鼓励中青年教师脱颖而出创造了条件,同时为使学校行为规范真正落到实处,为使学校行为水准能得到不断提高,我们就以星级教师评定制为突破口,通过星级教师评定,形成一个齐抓共管行为规范的局面。
