引言肌纤维母细胞由纤维母细胞分化而来,首先在肉芽组中发现.目前认为胃肠道黏膜下肌纤维母细胞(gastrointesmsubepithelial myofibroblast cells ISEMFs)和 Cajal 间质细(ICC)是胃肠道肌纤维母细胞的两种类型.肌纤维母细胞在胃肠道的器官发生、创伤愈合、控制肠道运动以一些肠道炎症性疾病和肿瘤性疾病的发生、发展中重要作用,通过分泌炎症因子、抗炎因子、化学活素、生长因子、细胞外基质蛋白以及蛋白酶影响官发生、细胞分化、炎症反应、组织器官的创伤复以及纤维化形成过程.
