目的:建立麝香舒活精中樟脑的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱:岛津ODS-C_(18)柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈- 0.4%磷酸溶液(50:50)为流动相;检测波长为290nm;柱温27℃;流速为1ml·min~(-1)。结果:樟脑在20.16~141.12μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为100.3%,RSD=1.87%(n=6)。结论:方法简便,结果准确,可用于麝香舒活精的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of camphor in the essence of Shuxiangshuhujing by HPLC. Method: Column: Shimadzu ODS-C_(18) column (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm) with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (50:50) as mobile phase; detection wavelength at 290nm; column temperature at 27°C; flow rate It is 1 ml·min~(-1). Results: The camphor had good linearity in the range of 20.16-141.12 μg, r=0.999 8, the average recovery was 100.3%, and RSD was 1.87% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and can be used to control the quality of the Shuxiangshuhujing.
