2015年全球肉鸡生产仍保持增长态势,但增幅明显低于2014年。肉鸡贸易出现进出口同步下降的趋势,其中出口量比2014年同期下降2.28%,为1 023.1万吨。2015年我国肉鸡生产和消费略有回升,分别达1 302.5万吨和1 288万吨;肉鸡进出口分别为25万吨和39.5万吨,分别比2014年下降3.85%和8.14%。综合分析认为,禽流感的有效防控、产品质量安全和消费信心提振仍然是当前全球肉鸡产业面临的主要问题。
In 2015, global broiler production still maintained a growth trend, but the growth rate was significantly lower than in 2014. Broiler trade showed a simultaneous decline in imports and exports, with exports down 2.28% over the same period of 2014 to 10.213 million tonnes. In 2015, the production and consumption of broiler chickens in China rebounded slightly, reaching 13,025,000 tons and 12,880,000 tons respectively. The import and export of broilers were respectively 250,000 tons and 395,000 tons, down 3.85% and 8.14% respectively from 2014. Comprehensive analysis shows that the effective prevention and control of bird flu, product quality and safety boost and consumer confidence are still the main problems currently facing the global broiler industry.
