五年制高职教育以培养既有文化基础,又有专业技术的应用型人才为目标,在教育过程中,既要关注文化课教育,又要着重培养适应社会发展需求的技能应用型人才。对高职学生职业素养的教育为高职学生的就业做规划性教育,对于学生行为的规范化教育又是培养职业素养的保障性措施。本文结合五年制高职教育实际情况,对高职学生良好的行为规范与职业素养教育之间的关系做分析研究。
Five-year vocational education aims to cultivate applied talents who have both cultural basis and professional skills. In the process of education, we should not only pay attention to the education of cultural classes, but also focus on training skilled personnel who adapt to the needs of social development. Vocational education for vocational students do vocational education for higher vocational education to do planning, standardized education for student behavior is to cultivate professionalism and supportive measures. Based on the actual situation of five-year higher vocational education, this paper analyzes and studies the relationship between the good code of conduct and vocational education of vocational students.
