1978年7月,我县某店职工10人因进食醋拌生猪肉后感染旋毛虫病,现摘要报告如下:一、临床表现(一)潜伏期:从食生肉到出现症状,最短19小时,最长15天,平均4.5天。(二)症状和体征:1.腹痛、腹泻:10例发病均以比症状开始。腹泻一般4~8次/日,呈稀水样,无粘液及脓血,不臭,一般持续2~3日,1例持续25日。2.发热:1~2周内发热的7例,3周内发热的3例。最早者出现在感染后第3日,最迟者出现在感染后21日。热型不规则,波动在38~40℃,上午低而下午升高。发热持续2~3周,有1例达30日。3.肌肉疼痛:为10例的突出症状,在感染后1~2周出现,并逐渐加重,持续3~4周,体温高时疼痛加剧,以四肢肌肉最为明显,常伴肿胀。4.浮肿:9例眼睑浮肿,5例同时伴下肢浮肿。

Muscle pain: prominent symptoms of 10 cases, 1 to 2 weeks after infection and gradually increased for 3 to 4 weeks, the body temperature increased pain, the most obvious limb muscle, often accompanied by swelling. Edema: eyelid edema in 9 cases, 5 cases accompanied by lower limb edema.
